Leadership Training
We seek to break barriers in the film industry by disrupting established paths into film production, opening new doors and fostering diversity behind the camera. We educate and mentor young artists to provide them with the skills and opportunities they need to become leaders in their field.

We empower young voices of African descent to tell their unique and diverse stories that may otherwise not be heard. We believe using film in this way will advance social justice and help revolutionize culture.
